Not your school house chalkboard and eraser.

The chalkboard was made from an old frame I found in the garage, originally it was an ugly gold color, the green paint did wonders for it.The chalk board was made from masonite cut to fit the frame, I gave it 3 coats of Rustoleum chalkboard paint, works great!
The eraser came from Staples, I pulled the label off the top and decoupaged it using a design that I scaled to fit on the computer. The small picture frame hookI found in my junk drawer, left over from another project no doubt. A narrow piece of lace glued around the edge finished it off. I screwed a small hook in the upper right of the frame to hold the eraser.
The Remember sign I made on the computer then traced it on to the chalkboard using white tracing paper I found at Michael's Craft Store. I carefully painted it in with acrylic paint, lot's of possibilities for other designs. The last thing was the small flower arrangement, just tied together with raffia. I curved one of the heavy stems, and it just hangs over the left side of the frame.
The chalkboard is SOLD
